Please note that order processing time is distinct from shipping / transit time. Processing refers to the time required to verify, inspect, and discreetly pack your order before it is handed to the carrier.
Order Processing
- Processing window: Standard order verification, quality check, and discreet packaging take 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Weekends & holidays: Processing occurs on business days only; weekends and public holidays are excluded and may extend the processing window.
- Same / next-day dispatch priority: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are prioritized for dispatch on the same or next business day.
- After payment is confirmed: Once payment is verified, your order enters our fulfillment queue, where each item is inspected, secured, and sealed in plain, unmarked outer packaging before carrier collection.

Delivery Issues

Transit times are carrier estimates. If your package has exceeded the estimated delivery window or tracking shows no movement for 5 consecutive business days, contact our support team so we can initiate a trace with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will correct the address; once shipped, corrections depend on the carrier's capabilities. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates your package was delivered but it has not arrived, or the parcel appears lost in transit, reach out to our support team so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives with exterior damage impacting the items inside, take photos of the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt for immediate resolution.
Returned Packages
Packages that cannot be delivered (e.g., due to an incomplete address or unclaimed at a carrier facility) may be returned to us. If your order is returned, contact our support team to arrange reshipment.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select destinations via express freight (5–10 business days). Availability and transit times depend on destination customs and local courier partners.

How do I track my order?

What happens if my package is delayed?

What if I entered the wrong address?

What happens if my package arrives damaged?
